All doodles require grooming. I am good friends with my groomer and she has taught me so much about keeping my doodle's coat in great shape. Everyone loves a fluffy doodle, I get it, I do too. The fluffy look requires a lot of work to keep it healthy and nice. However, in the hotter months I know its best for my doodles mental health to be shaved down so they can stay cool, they actually feel like velvet when they are shaved so that's a bonus for me. No matter what look you are going for most groomers will take the time to talk with you about what you are wanting, the best way to achieve it and then make a plan to upkeep it.
