Australian Mountain Doodles are a combination of Australian Shepherds, Bernese Mountain Dogs and Poodles. We currently breed F1 (first generation) Australian Mountain Doodles with F1b Bernedoodles for a multi-generational Australian Mountain Doodle. 

We love that this combination helps curve the stubbornness that some Bernedoodles can have while pulling in the biddability from the Australian Shepherds, while keeping the amazing traits from both lines. Bernese Mountain Dogs are super loyal, empathetic, loving, eager to please, intelligent and low energy. Australian Shepherds are easy going, very intelligent, loyal, eager to please, easy to train and the get along well with others. All of these traits combined make for a great companion.
